Extrusion

Extrusion is formation of plastic materials. The production process begins from mixing of the material components, among others, clay, feldspar and chamotte, following a special recipe. By water addition, finakor – a plastic material – is obtained.

Finakor material is collected in a container and pressed through a special die. Individual die contours allow obtaining various shapes and forms. The formed material is then cut into particular elements, such as individual tiles and shaped elements.
