Descriptions of anti-slip tile categories for industrial premises with enhanced slip hazards.
Ceramic floor coverings for working areas and areas exposed to very slippery substances (greases, oils, foods, waste of plant origin) have special requirements, which the Korzilius slip-resistant tiles fully meet. By means of specified test procedures, tiles products are divided up into 4 groups from R 9 to R 12 depending on certain criteria. The non-slip requirements become more stringent from category R 9 to R 12.
